Founded in 2015 by Rob and Sally Turner, Rentbee is the trading name of Planbee.Solutions Ltd, a family-run business providing high-quality shared accommodation for working tenants in Stafford.
Over the past decade, we’ve helped hundreds of people — from care workers and hospital staff to agency professionals and overseas newcomers — find safe and affordable homes close to work.

What We Do

Homes

We manage over 60 rooms across 11 licensed shared houses (HMOs) in Stafford, plus a small number of one-bedroom flats suitable for couples.

Tenants share a fully equipped kitchen and, in some houses, a shared bathroom or shower room

Location

Every property is within a 10-minute walk of Stafford town centre, making it easy to reach Stafford Hospital, local care homes, and transport links.

Our office is based at Parkfield Business Centre, Park Street, Stafford ST17 4AL (visit by appointment as we are sometimes working at one of the properties).

We live nearby and know Stafford well — from the town centre to the surrounding care homes and transport routes.

That local knowledge helps us support newcomers settling into Stafford for work.

Maintenance & Support

We take pride in managing our homes as if they were our own.

All maintenance requests are submitted through the CoHo app — not by phone or WhatsApp — to ensure nothing gets missed.

Always include a photo or short video when reporting an issue so we can resolve it fast.

Rob personally handles most repairs and works with trusted local engineers, electricians, and plumbers..
